Zac Efron’s ‘YOLO’ Tattoo: What Does it Mean?

I was not really surprised when I heard the news that Zac Efron had himself a tattoo because a year ago, he showed the people his giant feather tattoo which is printed on his right inner arm. However, just lately, when the 24-year old Disney actor visited in Tokyo to promote the premiere of their movie “New Year’s Eve, everybody was surprised to see his new tattoo – a simple black tattoo which says “YOLO”.

But what does ‘YOLO’ mean? According to Toofab, the term engraved on Zac’s right hand stands for the Acronym ‘You Only Live Once’ – Zac’s personal mantra. We have seen how Zac Efron has evolved from being in a boy-next-door role in Disney’s High School Movie and now, he has adopted more mature roles like his role in New Year’s Eve and his military role in the upcoming 2012 movie entitled “The Lucky One” which is scheduled for release on April 20, 2012.
